6x800 at two mile pace (trying to hit 3:00) on the turf right inside the WJ "track". 3 min rest between. not as bad as those 300s earlier this week, but still doing a bit of work. maybe it was because of the odd surface but hamstrings got kinda tight. splits were 3:00, 2:59, 3:00, 3:01, 2:59, 2:56.
