Weather: sunny. not bad

Comments:
Warmed-up 6 miles. did 4x1800m on fast bowl (30sec rest) in: 6:30, 6:30, 6:20, 6:16. Felt comfortable throughout, until the partway through the last one--backed off a bit towards the end in order to avoid redline anaerobia. cooled-down about 26 minutes. felt aerobically destroyed during the cool-down; glad i didn't push the workout harder. this run is actually like 14 miles.
