Rediscovering How to Kick

Comments:
Went down to AU after dark and ran sprints in the fog. Did 4 x 600 sprinter style - all out with plenty of recovery. My goal was to run each 200m split faster than the previous one, hitting 36, 34, 32. Those times scared me a bit because they were so bold, but I decided to just out there, try my best, and see what happened. In then end, I truly surprised myself.

First 600 splits - 34, 31, 31
Second 600 splits - 34, 34, 32
Third 600 splits - 35, 34, 32
Fourth 600 splits - 37, 34, 31

Afterwards I cooled down for three miles, and then has the urge to try a couple 200s all out, so I did.

200m - 29.4
200m - 29.5

Wooooosh! Dat's fast (for me)!
