Ran 7:00/miles for until Half. Notice quad soreness early (maybe 10 miles). By 15 miles Knew I was in trouble began to walk around 17. Walked all the hills. VERY DISSAPOINTING. Was able to run the last mile. Blister from Nike streaks. Secondary issue. Quads were beat. Shocked how I vould run a hilly 30K at 6:41 pace but failed so on Boston. Plan to run another marathon...
