Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran the 1600 of the DMR, didn't have any huge race. More or less, I tried to make it pretty consistent to what I can run in the 3200. I definitely felt really good, give me some competition and let's race. Although passing people today was really fun.
I feel a lot stronger than I did two weeks ago when the time I ran today was my PR. Today was easy.
Highlights of the meet: Steeplechase, 1600 open, and the girls 4X400 (which we won the 2nd heat in).
Next week for the 1600, if I run because I have the SAT the same day, I definitely think I can get in the low 30's. I've got a new long term goal also now, break the school record of 4:24. Things are going to get intense.
