Quad Leg (5th Lap)- no way this is an 800
~12 min cooldown while cheering
My legs were tight and sore even before I started warming up so I decided to run around for a while. I managed to get my legs loose enough that they were not too much of an issue when I finally ran my leg. I have not run this fast since November and I felt anaerobically destroyed by running my leg. I need some speedwork pretty badly right now.
Anyway, the Juniors won and my knee didn't hurt at all so it was a good day.
