Weather: 85+ very warm

Comments:
Weighed 180.6. Up early (4:07am). Started with 30 situps. Wore a shirt. Ate a few bites of a clif bar & 1/2 a sugarfree RedBull. Good run. 2 short breaks/walks for h20. Felt like a good run. Duration didn't reflect that. New earbuds & watch(timex) icontrol for Ipod. Really cool. Earbuds were great too. No need for constant adjustment. Need to review mileage. Perhaps longer than 4 miles. Ate 1/2 a poptart & drank 1/2 a gatorade after run to replenish glucosamine. Felt good after run.
