Weather: nice, too warm almost

Grandpa took me out running. The usual mile warmup. Then did 1 mile, rest, another 1 mile, rest, then did 5 sprints up and down cement ramp. The miles were 80% mile pace for the first 300 of each ramp, then sprint the last 100
