Weather: lovely 60s and sun

Comments:
Along the Philly bike path. workout was 1, 2, 3, 2, 1 minute pick-ups with 2 min recoveries. interval pace averaged sub 6:00 miles. Girls looked strong. Ran around a fair bit to get bus and packets, etc. Drove home from Philly in evening.
