Ford Parkway Loop (Trails)

Comments:
Was gonna run early but got a text about a TURC long run at 5PM. I was hoping for 80-85 minutes. We agreed on the ford parkway loop and I thought that it was like 10 miles from the rec which would have made this like a 12.5 mile run, which sounded fine. We took the trails and that must add at least 1.5 on the way out, and we also took a detour to Minnehaha park so Ryan could deuce, which added on almost a full mile. The pace is fairly accurate too because E river road has marked 200Ms and I had us usually clipping at 6:40-6:45 pace. We might have been a bit slower on the way out on the trails, but it should all average out.

Bonked a bit on the last mile, wish I had some sort or refuel for the run. Didn't even get to drink any water either. Immediately ate two oranges and a pint of water and felt a bit better after the shower. Legs felt great the whole time, so that's a good sign. Some numbness at the beginning again but I must have forgotten about it.
