Weather: Cloudy and 60 with a strong wind from the north
Comments:
First mile was tough...managed 7:27 pace though it felt harder than it should have. Caught a good long surge for miles 5-6 (wind at the back). Still some slight dull pain in the left thigh, medially. Was still able to finish strong.
