Comments:
Not a great workout but not disappointing. 71.1, 58 low, 42 high. 12 minutes up, 17 minutes down. WE jogged at least a 400 between each rep. Was hoping for a 56 on the 400 (what we came through in on the 500) but the wind really was a bitch.
