Comments:
4x8- 2:07, PR by three seconds went out a little too strong, died in the last 100m need to work on better breathing.

3200- skipped the mile because i was still tried from the 4x8 so martin told me to run this. went out fast again slowly down incredibly, wasnt even that tired, i guess i just dont like the 2mile


4x4- 60.0 felt fine, maybe should of pushed it a little more also need to work on breathing
