Comments:
Said 'This is gonna suck' out loud as I walked out the door. Turned out to be a good run, tho. Never seem to run fast on this loop, but had a surprising bounce in my step today. After the AIM workout today, my hams and glutes are feeling pretty sore. Had to wear a weight vest while running and doing other exercises. Amazing what a difference 15 lbs makes.
