4x10 hang clean

Circuit (5 sets--hurt my back on 4th and had to quit):
60 sec hang clean - 1 every 6 sec
Abs???
200 meter run w/ 25 lb plate over head
Box jumps

Too much hang clean. Back gave out on 4th set of circuit. Had to take a week off.
