after a sleep marathon the legs fell better!
an hour of solid riding finished off with 15 minutes of sprints, 30 secs at max, minute and a half between, trying to keep HR above 150 and hit 30+mph.
legs felt great after this.
I've noticed that my HR avg has lowered on comparable workouts... progress?
