BY THE END OF THE SECOND LAP I WAS AT 2 :21
BY THE END OF THE THRID LAP I WAS AT 3:44 I WAS DEAD . COULDN;T BREATH, LEGS FELT GOOD BUT I COULDN'T POOSH MY LUNGS WOULDN'T....
FINISHED COULDN'T BREATH BUT WALKED NORMALLY OF THE TRACKED, I CAN'T SAY I COULD HAVE DONE ANY BETTER BECOUSE I MARKED MY DEATH CENTECNE BY GOING OUT AT 65, MY LUNGS PAID FOR IT NOT MY LEGS. THATS WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND, I M JUST NOT WAKING UP SORED, MY LEGS ARET COMPLAINING I FEEL AMAZING , HOWEVER MY LUNGS ARE NOT KEEPING UP WITH MY LEGS,, I THING I NEED TO WORK ON MY BRETHING ... IM NOT SHUTING DOwn IM GOING FOR THAT 4 49, AND NOT SETTLING FOR ANITHING LESS... COUNTODOWN BEGINS... 2 WEEKS LFET.....
AND NOW IM BRETHING.... OVERALL I FEEL THAT I HAVE DISSAPOINTED MY TEAM AND MY COACH..... AND MY FAMILY... BUT I WILL BE BACK..... NOW IM GOING FOR A GOOD RUN..
