Comments:
My first real session of hill training. It was a great run, and I feel I kept up a pretty good pace. Ran round the block to warm up, then ran up goldthorn hill, then turned at villiers street and came back on an old route backward, and threw in a bit of fartlelk at the end. Great fun!
