Beach run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 51, windy, sunny, wore shorts

Comments:
First beach run since last October, rocks made it difficult in first 5 min of running and had to navigate some water/stream areas but once away from that and near the pillars the running was great. Had to go slow cause the wind was at me and the sand was diff/harder to run in. After turn around at 25 min got ache in left inner ankle but it didn't get worse and slowly eased by the end. Glad to be back at the beach but will have to know the rocks will interfere ... no dogs!
