Weather: 65, rainy, humid

Comments:
First 40 minutes easy, then 20 minutes at tempo pace, last 8 minutes easy. The area where the top of the calf inserts behind the kneecap is very tight in my legs.

Thought a lot about what I am going to do at Allegheny. If I can run for Kenyon, I am going to do the 5k. I at least have to take a shot at it if I can.
