Comments:
took Blazer out this evening with intentions of walking 3 miles.. i started jogging a little at a time.. going 100 meters very ez and then walking a 100 meters.. i jogged around a 1.5 all together.. no abdomen pain... still some tenderness in spots... felt good to get out and moving the legs a bit. i hope to gradually increase daily, but will be careful on doing so. the only time it seems to bother me is when i sit down and bend over.. it's been a very good week of recovery..
