started at 7 at naz so i could get some real 300 work which deffintly worked out. ran 44 44 43 which is a pr for me at the 43 over the first 5 hurdles i was on pace for a 42 each time so i'm feeling very excieted for this weeks meet. remember 300's were over hurdles
