Mile Timr Trial

My goal was to beat 5:30, and I feel that I could have done just that if my kick at the end would have been stronger. For me personally, that final 150m was a joke. I ran that much slower than usual.
I just don't think I was as prepared as I could have been. I was very
well hydrated, ate healthy food the entire day, and got 9 hours of sleep. Who knows? maybe I just need to continue that pattern religiously throughout the week and not just on race day. P.S.

I ran home from practice today, a total of 2.92 miles (according to Mapquest). Anything to better prepare me for State!
