Weather: Gills would've been better than lungs today!

Comments:
I started briskly, but the humidity and running for the second time in less than 24 hours took their toll. First 3 miles in 23:05. Last 2 miles in 16:40. A little left knee pain but nothing like a couple of weeks ago...
