Weather: humid and gross

Comments:
blaaaaah, this was gross. awful humid weather. workout was 1600, 1000, 800, 1000, 1600 (thank goodness the 1200s got removed) at 5k pace. since i have no clue what i am capable of, martin and i agreed upon 7 minute pace... which was actually a little slow. ended up splitting:
1600: 6:30
1000: 4:10ish
800: 3:20ish
1000: 4:17
1600: 6:50
so there was a bit of a slow down, but i'm happy with it. busted up that 7 minute pace :P. calves on FIRE.
