I have a question. Since Coach McGinnis said at the meeting that I would still be going to NAIAs, should I be doing more stuff during the week (more miles / longer and harder workouts). I am only mentioning this because NAIAs are still pretty far away and I don't want to get out of shape for it. Thanks!
