Weather: Beautiful, warm, not humid

Comments:
Excellent day and run. Terri came along. Had Gu (strawberry banana) at 50min and Power Bar Gel (rasberry cream) at 1:30. Both were good. About as far as I could go in Broad Run Farms - of to W&OD next week. Ran last mile real slow to prevent injury. Keep up stretching and lifting.
