did some 800s cuz it was too late to run.. couldnt run in the morning.

this 800 was extremly flat.. and easy. ran in the sand. 30-40 sec recovery.. should of done mile repeats but didnt want to run long on calf. my calf was tight yesturday and most of today, ecspecially after my family and i had a long jump competiotion. stupid idea :/
