Weather: warm, then raining, then warm

Comments:
mile was not paced brilliantly, but I stayed behind the top two for the first two laps. The pace would have been far better had the sanford guy not been there, because the other guy had been told to stay with my pace. I didn't catch my 400 time. cooldown was actually slow enough, because it was with abbs.
