first part was 9x300 with 2:30 rest in between at "mile pace", aiming for 60 (aka 5:20 pace, that would be nice). i had a really good day for once, yay. focused on staying relaxed and finishing strong. splits were solid: 60, 59, 57, 59, 59, 57, 59, 58, 57.

then 10 minutes recovery jog...

and finally, 4x200 at "800 pace" with 30 seconds rest. these were pretty awful. tried to get through them by seeing how much i could push through and accelerate throughout. splits were anywhere from 35-38. pretty dead at the end of it all.
