Comments:
I was late getting down to practice because I had to go talk to Zwatty about the AP Exam tomorrow. Warmed up 3 laps before we started the 200s. I felt really smooth and relaxed on the first 5. The 6th I was pushing on Greg's heals but I went too early on the curve and he dropped me coming out of the curve. Random cooldown afterward.
