Comments:
3 sets of 3x300. First at something kind of like 2 mile pace, 2nd at mile pace, 3rd was 800 pace I think though it wasn't exactly clear. Ran it with Matt, and it felt nice and smooth (even if the times weren't exactly consistent). NYC at 5:45 in the morning tomorrow so I guess it'll be an off day.
