Comments:
After timing the kiddos' workout, I went for a 3 mile warm-up through spring valley, and then proceeded to do the same workout they had just done (plus a little extra). More than equal recovery each time.
200 - 28.4 (PR!) from a standstill!
300 - 44.6
200 - 28 (rolling start)
125 (13.9 for the final hundred!)
100 - 14.2 (PR) from a standstill
Then jogged 800m to cooldown easing over a hurdle each lap (5 total).
