Comments:
Anthony off coaching prep meet, and other coaches elsewhere, I was left to run practice for the distance runners. Steady run out to Glover second intersection and back. Good conversation. Nice relaxed run. Now that I think about it, I'm actually quite impressed that the pace they run on their easy days doesn't feel slow to me. That didn't used to be the case.
