1st one of each set at 3k pace
2nd one of each set at 1500 pace
3rd one of each set at 800 pace
100 jog in between each one and 400 jog in between each set

Went too fast on the 3k's (probably on account of wind and doing the workout by myself because i didn't know quite where i was timewise) Ended up running about the same as Matt and Ari or so i think.
