not bad considering I haven't done a workout like this in so long. Wayyy better than anything I did in cross. I think I just need to get used to going fast...these actually started to feel easier as they went on. My legs were tired....but hopefully ill get it back.

my hip flexor got really tight after the last one, so cooling down was a little rough.
