Alone at NRV bc the kid ditched me. 2 mile warmup. 4 x 1000 with 200 m jog. 3-4 min rest. Splits weren't too bad. 3:01, 3:06, 3:06, 3:04. Trying to average 3:15 at least next Friday. mile cooldown with Elaine and Chicago Chris. Not a bad workout. Just trying to get a feel for the 5k.
