2 sets of 6 X 400. 100 m (30-40 sec) jog between reps. 400m (2:30) jog between sets. Goal pace was 92 seconds. Felt good. Last few were certainly hard. This is out of order. 2nd last was 89, last was 87. Knees a bit sore. Not sure if it's anything
