Weather: humid, windy, about 75 degrees, overcast

Comments:
decided to run early today after lecture. sore from yesterday. I ran the first mile for time just for fun... even though I started slow. I ended up with a 7:16 which I figure was pretty good considering I started cold and was sore. I literally poked along for the first 30-45 seconds. I'm inclined to think that I could have done it in less than 7 if I was warmed up. In fact I'm pretty sure I could.

Then I walked a bit... for like 4 minutes.

splits: 7:16 first mile, 11:29 stopped walking, 43:10 finish
