Soberlook up North Park to South Park to Shaker to Sulgrave and back (with Paul Curtiss), up North Park over Brook to South Park to West Park to Shaker and back (alone) -

My legs felt really horrible and my breathing wasn't great, but was better than my legs. I stopped to go to the bathroom after the part with Paul and tightened up. My legs were bad enough that I stopped to stretch at one point.

This was my first run longer than the Nov. 21st one that I got hurt on.
