took it easy ish the first half, but then tripped on some wire in the road, and adrenaline pushed the next two miles really hard, and then I cruised in
Also possibly of note: I later today mountain biked for a bit with ellie (which was a bit rough) and then worked (yard work) for three hours when I got home.
