Heavy stomach for most of this run, miles five and six were pretty dead-legged. Made a johnny stop at mile 8 and was good to go from there. Only three miles over 7:40, and starting out at 7:09 felt really easy. Mile splits: 7:09, 7:14, 7:30, 7:44, 7:46, 7:42, 7:37, 7:21, 7:33 (mostly uphill,) and 7:16...
