sprint work, finally!!!

Weather: hooot and sunny

Comments:
long warmup with sprint dynamics and ins&outs. workout was 8x150 pretty much all out with good form. then a long recovery and jog back to start. started getting hard after 3, muscle craps on the last two, but good work. cooldown was not fun, major headaches and sushi puke..... yum
