Weather: Hot Muggy
Comments:
Ran 10 minutes then did some drills and dynamic stretching. Ran another ten minutes after that. Stayed on the field at Candler Park. No pain or stiffness, but my fitness has definitely taken a blow. I've got time to get it back before Vermont.
