Comments:
Afraid i wouldn't race, but warmed up and felt surprisingly good! Raced two mile. I don't mean i ran it, i felt like i was racing! Felt strong at times, not so much at others, but after having a crappy week of training and missing 2 1/2 weeks recently i can hardly complain with this. Lets see if i can just keep getting better and better. Gotta be careful though, starving for XC! Cannot wait! just a few more weeks!
