Weather: 85-90 Very hot
Comments:
Weighed 180.6. Started run about 6:30. 30 situps. Didn't wear a shirt. Had a bite of a clif bar 1/2 a cup of Gatorade. Good run. 1 short break / walk for re-hydration had Gatorade in my bottle instead of the usual h2o. Good run overall. Hard start to a while to work out the "first thing in the morning kinks." Got alot of good sleep. Heat a bit of a factor later in the run. Found myself with a bit of a heat rush/headache with about a 1/4 mile to go. Also found that big toe, right foot a bit sore (shoes)?? Ate part of a poptart & drank 1/2 a gatorade after run to rehydrate. Felt pretty good after run.
