Comments:
very very sore from saturday's speed work still. workout was 6x500 at 5k pace. easy aerobically but everything else was sore as anything. i think we were aiming for about 95 through the 400, which ended up about the average, haha. splits anywhere between 88 and 1:40 at the 4. still pretty sore...
