Comments:
430pm, headed downtown to stay flat; Clarke, Euclid, E66th, Chester, Euclid, Clarke. stretch, 3*(10decline pushups, 10dips).

Recovering as well as I should be, running easy isn't completely comfortable yet but should be by the end of this week, even though this was at a quicker pace than what I thought. gotta take my own advice: slow down and run longer.
