wasnt really feeling it. Now i know what its like to be unemployed and stuck at home watching TV all day.
standard bike. leg loosened up afterward, knee was a bit better, but my hip and groin felt really sore. more physical therapy tomorrow. Got to keep remembering how important it is to take this slowly. there is still plenty of time. Ibis and Panther after.
