NM7 - My biggest concern today was my knee because it has bothered me progressively more and more each day this week, but I iced and stretched well last night and it was a minor annoyance. I was leery of really flying on the downhills so that I didn't try to force the knee issue any. All in all, this was the first morning run where I actually felt comfortable for any length of time. I think my cardio fittness level has improved significantly in the last couple weeks. It's still not there yet, but thats what the entire summer is for.
